Meeting, September 30th, 6-7:30 p.m. Community Warehouse

Hello Scout Families!

The entire Sierra Blanca District of Packs and Troops, have been invited to our meeting where we will jointly engage the Cubs and Boys in the decoration of the major components of our AspenFest Float. The parade is October 5th and our theme is "Scouting Brings Color To The World!

We will meet at the Community Warehouse behind Cornerstone Bakery rather than at the Fellowship Hall.

• I will have books, initial badges and uniforms on hand for purchase.

• Snacks will not be provided so feed your hungry Cub beforehand. :)

Final Reminder:

If you plan to attend the Fort Stanton Camporee you are officially out of TIME to RSVP so let me know on Monday.

Camporee Details & Considerations:

Event is from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m on Saturday, September 28th, 2013. A Parent or Guardian is required for the entire time.

Uniforms, tennis shoes, hats, sunscreen and water are required for daytime activities and Round Robin learning.

Dinner is $8 per person. 

Tenting overnight is encouraged but you must RSVP so we can allocate space.
