Dear Scout Families,
Due to baseball season the Pack has decided to change the remainder of our 2015 meetings to occur on Sundays at 2:00. We have three formal meetings remaining in this academic year. Two will occur at our normal location, the final will occur at Cedar Creek.
1. Sunday, April 19th, 2:00 CUMC:
Finalize our months theme on Faith by being THANKFUL to our environment which sustains us.
Discuss Changes to the Cub Scout Program
Discuss our Trip to White Sands
Complete a Gratitude-To-Nature-Based Requirement
2. Sunday, May 3rd, 2:00 CUMC:
Bring your BIKES. Cubs will work on biking drills. If you do not have a bike, please borrow one from a friend. No need to purchase.
Rewards and Recognitions.
3. Sunday, May 17th, 2:00 Cedar Creek Campground (where Easter Egg hunt is held.)
Choosing a camp site and setting up a tent. (We will have two extra on hand but please bring the one your Cub will use this summer so he can be familiar with it.)
Pocket Knife safety and oath: Bring a pocketknife for your Cub and we will begin the introduction process by carving soap.
Smores! Bring the Cubs roasting stick.
We will be discussing the level of interest in camping at Three Rivers during the month of August.
