Here are the details regarding our Service Project this upcoming Sunday as well as a few reminders. If you have questions please call me at 937.7673.
- The 16th Annual Great American Clean-Up is THIS Sunday, April 27th. Kick Off is at 1:00 at School House Park (near the Ruidoso Public Pool). The Clean Up will end at 4:00 with food, refreshments and prizes. Please be on time as we may be directed to a new location after registrations are complete.
- Service Project Hours are required for all Packs and Troops-the more Cubs attending, the more hours generated toward this goal.
- The Great American Clean Up is a National Event sponsored locally by the Ruidoso Parks and Recreation Department. We will follow the direction of Rodney Griego, Director.
- Gloves and Trash bags are provided.
- Please make sure your Cub is IN UNIFORM with a hat and sunscreen ON.
- A Parent or Guardian is Required to attend.
- You are welcome to bring a Camel Back or water bottle to drink from while working.
- The event will occur rain or shine, so dress accordingly.
The Collins' family will be departing the event at 2:30 to attend an additional obligation. Our next meeting is Monday, April 28th. Expect an agenda to arrive this weekend via this blog.
