Aloha,
(You will get the reason for the greeting in a minute.) Our original plans for a holiday-themed party have been modified by me, in an attempt to happily accommodate the request of a fellow Scout-Parent, and in honor of a very joyful Scout.
Adrian Kinsey will be leaving Lincoln County and therefore our Pack. Eric and I would very honestly tell you, he is one of the most joyful, responsible and friendly Cubs we have ever had the opportunity to lead. Given Adrian's near-term departure, we felt it important to send him off, with positive energy from his Scout Family and have planned our final meeting of 2015 around the theme of "aloha", which translates to hello and goodbye in Hawaiian culture. In addition to Adrian's move to Houston, he will also be changing Guardians. Thus, the reason, to make sure he is feeling strong and at-peace during this special time of year and great change in his life.
I need us all to pitch in so please read carefully! PLEASE HAVE YOUR FAMILY WEAR HAWAIIAN SHIRTS. BORROW FROM A NEIGHBOR IF NEED BE. BRING ANY HAWAIIAN DECORATIONS, INSTRUMENTS OR NOVELTIES AND ARRIVE EARLY TO SETUP BEFORE ADRIAN ARRIVES.
